The team were amazing, I was always kept fully informed of how things were progressing & even when things weren't going quite as planned the communication was clear & honest - I always felt like I was the only customer waiting for a car.

Unfortunately there was a problem with the release of the car on the morning of collection which caused a very long delay, so I wasn't able to have my car until the evening which was a bit disappointing. However it was all dealt with professionally.
