Reasonably straightforward

It was much more difficult process than previous 2 times I've got a new mini. Took a long time to get order details, phone calls weren't returned, too many emails & online forms and had to chase for reg number 2 days before handover

Really happy - everything was handled so smoothly from start to finish. The team were friendly, professional and made the whole thing feel really easy. I felt looked after the entire time, especially during the handover.

I was really pleased until a small dent was spotted on my brand new car before I left the showroom. It was picked up and fixed a couple of days later but it did take the shine off the experience.

There was a delay with delivery but I'm not going to mark this down as Jack was very good at keeping me informed and updated. The situation was out of his control but he was very helpful. I've had a small issue but this was sorted very quickly.

I was satified with the service at Group 1 Farnborough. The only thing I would suggest is one of the women on reception on the day of the MOT could have been a bit more welcoming and less 'stand offish'

I took our 2012 70,000 mile Mini in as the car heater was not working; it was quickly diagnosed that the thermostat in the thermostat housing was not working, thus depriving the cabin radiator of heated coolant. A new part & coolant was soon fitted!
