Cat kept us informed constantly regarding the status of our order and when to expect delivery. She was extremely helpful throughout. Upon delivery she gave a thorough demo of the mini and ensured everything was set up for us.

Overall very good, i came to look at a mini in Feb and haven't had two minis before I wanted to make sure l was getting the right deal. They looked after me well and we went through all the options to the budget I gave.

I have only given 4 stars as an advisory matter was left outstanding. I was told at the time that I would be given a date for the fix within 24 hours - one week later I am still waiting and have just sent an email chasing.

A large amount of duplication regarding 'booking in' and collection information, for some reason they did not want my email when I booked in, so I received a number of 'phone messages with garbled details and references about videos etc.

Changing of Front Disc Brake Pads on Mini completed on time, and the car was returned having been vacuumed, washed and looking very smart. Meanwhile I enjoyed coffee and biscuits while catching up on the news.

Was handled very well at Ash Vale. One issue I did have was the automated booking system that decided to book me in to a Cambridge after sales. I had to phone to correct the issue to use the much closer Ash Vale service centre.

At the time we were very satisfied. As always the team kept in touch, were polite and we would have given five stars. However, we collected the car on Wednesday afternoon and had the same fault on Friday morning, so far from ideal.

Welcoming, efficient, respectful and kept informed. I stayed on site whilst my mini had a big service/mot & valet. Also new tyres were required and replaced. I also went over to the sales building to look at new minis.

I spoke to someone from the call centre to book my brake pad replacement and I wasn't given specific details about the night before drop off and key safe procedures. I was told they would come with my online check-in but they didn't.

Jordan kept me updated with progress of the brake pads, advising the discs needed replacing too. It was a waiting appointment and to still due to take 2hrs. It took 3 hours with car wash. No one told me I would be waiting that long. Work done was ok.

I was told the car would be ready at 4:30 and it wasn't until 5:30. I even mentioned I had other comittments at 5:30 + when I turnt up on the day after having my appointment cancelled the week prior, that I was an add on as my booking wasn't visible.

Good communication and customer service but it's disappointing that Group One Hindhead has closed. This means a one hour round trip to Ash Vale twice in one day from our home.

I booked my car in for a diagnostic, I dropped it off at 9am and at around 2.30 pm I was called to say my car was about to go in, I would get a call back in 2 hours with an update, I was called back, but was told that they hadn't looked at my car!
