Friendly customer service within the showroom. Rashid provided good support and followed up proactively to questions and emails. He also provided a good overview of the car on the collection day.

Great experience from start to finish, no issues at all. I asked a million questions and Jack answered them all. I felt listened to and looked after, and attention to detail was spot on. Very happy with how I was treated and looked after.

Despite some confusion following the closure of the Hindhead branch from which I bought my car, the follow on process and collection from the Farnborough branch was excellent
