We had a lovely experience visiting the Farnborough showroom. We were looked after by Jack Cummings. He is very knowledgeable, courteous, full of energy, and we love his enthusiasm for the brand. The whole process from beginning to end was faultless.

Callum was great very helpful and informative I had a delay getter no my car purchased in September and picked it up 31st March Then on the day I picked the car up the finances were not completed so had to wait 2 days as over the weekend

We called into the showroom on NYE , knowing the car we were thinking of buying but just needed advice ref finance & a test drive. Rashid was able to give us this information, was able to locate a mini to the exact spec & have a test drive too.

My car has a 2014 plate and is actually a 2017 car, after my service and MOT, your member of staff didn't realise this, he said, oops, that caught me out! And couldn't really give me a price on my next service, NOT ENOUGH CHARACTERS TO FINISH!!

Vehicle was collected in an unroadworthy condiction and had to be returned for the fault to be rectified. The vehicle clearly had not been road tested before it was released from the workshop. Refer to telephone feedback given to Group 1.

As the Mini's engine and exhaust system had to cool before work on the minor oil leak and the exhaust system bracket could commence, Jordan took the opportunity to vacuum and wash the Mini prior to commencement of the work, thus saving time.

On collection I was left waiting for approximately 15-20mins and there were at the time no other customers. The receptionist was polite and notified the advisor I was waiting. His attitude was poor and dismissive as to why I was kept waiting.

As i found that my tyres were well under the required pressure, i had a message on the screen of my mini after the service indicating that there was an issue with the tyre pressure. I assume that they were incorrectly set during the service.

No complaints of the basic work. Courteous staff. But I arrived early to return loan car as requested, having been told the car was ready the night before, then waited 30 minutes for the car to actually be ready. Cleaned outside, but not inside.
