We called into the showroom on NYE , knowing the car we were thinking of buying but just needed advice ref finance & a test drive. Rashid was able to give us this information, was able to locate a mini to the exact spec & have a test drive too.

Great experience from the outset. Our handover ideally needed more time due to complexity of the app and my phone not having icloud ready. We were offered a follow up visit(s) for any remaining issues, we are brand new EV owners.

I asked them to look at my brakes as they came up as a warning last time I was there for a service. They went back, checked them and changed the pads, all without any notice.

No complaints of the basic work. Courteous staff. But I arrived early to return loan car as requested, having been told the car was ready the night before, then waited 30 minutes for the car to actually be ready. Cleaned outside, but not inside.

Always polite efficient timely service, all staff friendly and helpful. Checking in online option saves time for staff and customers. Kept informed through every step of the service. Good coffee! One negative is on occasions parking can be a problem.

Great service. Easy to book. Efficient staff. Please could you offer better healthy snacks or a bowl of apples and a jug of water. Looking forward to the new site as parking is horrendous.
