Excellent service from Jack Cumming and Michael Edwards. When we visited Group 1 Mini in Farnborough, they explained the sales process and options clearly and efficiently such that I bought a new car that day.

Excellent service and the right deal. Everything was arranged seamlessly. Handover of old vehicle and collection of new vehicle. Most docs, were signed remotely which really helped as I am away quite a bit with my job! The new deal worked perfecrony!

Why book in time of 09:20 when car not ready until 17:00? Tyre measurement video not match reported values. Reported tyre cracking, car brought from you 6 months ago; 1000 miles only done since. Picking up car, other customers had same tyre warning?

The next service date was set on the car for 6 months time rather than 12. I rang up to query this & was told the brake fluid service is due in 6 months because it was changed (by you!!) too early in 2025! Now the service record is out of kilter!

The service took far too long and the communication was non existant. My engineer was off sick all week so as far as I could see my car lay idle for over a week. No mention of courtesy car either.

I waited at the centre whilst the MOT was done and brake fluid was changed. I was grateful for the comfortable and air conditioned waiting area as it was a hot day. The staff kept me informed and it was all complete within the 2 hours quoted.

Service and Jordan were excellent. Car and hoover obviously rushed. Hoovering poor. Crumbs etc left on floor. Car washed but not dried. Hot day and rush to return car(s) meant that the exterior was very streaky. Had to clean exterior when I got home.

I have only given 4 stars as an advisory matter was left outstanding. I was told at the time that I would be given a date for the fix within 24 hours - one week later I am still waiting and have just sent an email chasing.
